Our Cairns Office
Integrated Valuation Services Cairns Pty Ltd was incorporated and our permanent Cairns Office established in 2013, as a response to increasing demand for our services in North and Western Queensland. Managing Director of IVS, Ross Copland, has been a Registered Valuer in Queensland since 2000 and has been practicing valuations of remote pastoral stations in the state since this time. IVS have been providing larger commercial and rural valuation services in Queensland from our other valuation offices for many years. IVS have been carrying out market research both on and off site for the Cairns locality for a number of years, and more intensely since 2012.
Our Cairns Valuers are skilled valuers with experience in providing valuations of a wide array of property types, and we have been conducting valuations for various purposes within most parts of Far North Queensland since being established in Cairns.
